Refund policy

  • The Fish Room does not issue refunds unless there is a problem with the physical goods purchased from our store.
  • TFR does not refund on livestock, unless proper DOA protocol is followed.
  • returns are done at the discretion of TFR- evidence must be present for the reasoning of return/refund.
  • DOA policy covers customers in the event of fish being dead upon arrival; DOA policy enforcement requires customers to document/video the unboxing of packages when received. A full video and supporting photos of fish that are DOA is required NO more than 60 minutes of delivery. 
  • Items that are DOA will be replaced minus the cost of shipping( customer is liable for shipping cost on replacement fish).
  • Refunds will only be processed if livestock cannot be replaced within 30 days of DOA claim.
  • If proper DOA protocol is not followed. Customers will not be reimbursed or receive replacement fish.
